Carey Pensions approached us and ask us to build them two microsites, one which allows companies to Auto Enrol and another which allows accountants to auto enrol Companies on their behalf. The system uses a number of API’s to allow a user to complete the auto enrolment process in around 7 minutes.

User experience was key to this project so we developed the system using a range of icon graphics to navigate the user through the process using a more visual method. We created a JavaScript library which validates each form field as the user enters the information, saving them from trying to submit the form with errors.

The system utilises the Due Dill API to verify a company trying to register on the system is legitimate. We can also use the information from Due Dill to save the user time when entering information. For example, if you register a business we will automatically pull the address and director information down from Due Dill.

The last stage of the process to getting an application through on the website is electronically signing the documents. To achieve this, we used DocuSign. We dynamically send a document for the user to sign based on who referred them to the website. This allows us to submit different documents if required. Once the documents are signed our software will automatically pick this up and submit the application for process to the Pensions team.
